Release Agent for Tire Molding
We offer a water-based semi-permanent mold release agent designed to release a variety of elastomeric materials such as Natural, SBR, NBR, and most sulphur-cured elastomers. It is especially useful for rubber-to-metal bonding operations as it forms a tough, durable release film that reduces transfer and facilitates good rubber flow. Our product delivers easy removal of tires from any complicated mold design, lower buildup, and better cosmetic tires.

Release Agent (AntiTack) for Uncured Rubber
Anti-tack agents are applied to the surface of uncured rubber allowing for release or separation after storage. Anti-tack agents are designed to reduce the self-adhesive quality of rubber items. These materials are applied to rubber goods in order to generate a thin protective anti-tack coating on the surface of the product. CarboKote offers water-based anti-tack agents, which are high-performance noninfluential in polymer properties — do not create mess nor do they alter the look of the rubber.

Release Agent for Dash Insulator
We offer a water-based, environmentally compatible, solvent-free mold release agent designed for application to hot metallic mold surfaces. It may be spray-applied to hot surfaces. When applied correctly, it will provide for multiple releases for many phenolic composite products such as headliners, side panels, and sound-deadening panels. The dash insulator is typically located between the dashboard and the firewall (the partition between the engine compartment and the cabin).
